USLiving Regional Center, LLC (“USL-RC”) is an approved and existing regional
center (RC) as of August 28, 2014 by the United States Department of Citizenship & Immigration Services (“USCIS”) pursuant to the provisions of the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program, Section 610 of Pub. L. No. 102-395 (October 6, 1992).
As a Regional Center, USLiving RC works with companies and project developers seeking investment funding by completing a comprehensive due diligence process. Qualified companies/project developers are then eligible to receive foreign investment through the EB-5 program.
USLiving RC is focused on providing a means for financially sound, viable and secure job creating project opportunities which fully satisfy all the requirements for investors to obtain their Green Cards through the United States EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program which is administered and overseen by USCIS.
USLiving RC is approved in August 2014 and expanded later.
